The versatile actor Uday Tikekar is a well known face in Hindi as well as in Marathi cinema and television industry. He has created his own place in the entertainment industry with his acting skills. Currently he is playing Anurag Basu’s father ‘Moloy Basu‘s’ role in Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2’ on Star Plus.
Now this show is about to complete the milestone of 200 episodes successfully.
According to sources, Moloy‘s character was short spanned in the show but Uday’s acting skills and the way he portrayed and improvised the character, made the character going. Due to popularity of the character, Channel and Producer decided to extend Moloy’s role.
Moloy met with an accident and he survived but now the character is on wheelchair and mute. Even though he’s on a wheelchair and doesn’t have any dialogues yet his expressions speaks a lot. Audiences don’t want to let Moloy die. They love his character and various shades of his acting and now they are very excited to watch what is next twist in story Uday’s character will bring.
