After success of Priyanka Chopra’s maiden Marathi production Ventilator, many Bollywood personalities are expressed their desire to produce Marathi film. Popular choreographer Ganesh Acharya is the latest name in the list.
Ganesh Acharya wants everything perfect and bigger for his Marathi production. So he choose the script of none other than Guru Thakur. Next Ganesh roped in Marathi superstar Swwapnil Joshi as a lead. To make it more bigger, he brought Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan to give muhurat clap. Also Ganesh Acharya chooses himself to direct the movie.
His desire for being unique lead him to choose a strange name for his movie. The film produced and directed by Ganesh Acharya is titled Bhikari (Beggar). Isn’t it a irony that he decide a venue of Hotel JW Marriot, Juhu, Mumbai for muhurat of ‘Bhikari’. Ganesh Acharya didn’t stop at this. He actually gave beggar’s pot to everyone present on stage with word ‘Bhikari’ printed on it (Don’t believe us? then please see the photo).
Bhikari star cast includes Swwapnil Joshi, Rucha Inamdar, Sayaji Shinde, Milind Shinde, Guru Thakur, Kirti Aadarkar, Sunil Pal and Pradeep Kabra.
