Marathi actress Maithili Javkar has recently been elected as Chief Executive Officer by state government. Moreover she has also been elected as a member in the Censor Board Committee.
Maithili Javkar has acted in many Marathi TV serials, plays &films like ‘Chabu Palali Sasarla’, ‘Sansarachi Maya’, ‘Marmbandh’, ‘Mulga’, & ‘Aai Mala MaafKar’. She is actively associated with BJP & has organised & performed in entertainment programs for Indian army.
It is noted that last year, Maithili Javkar has filed an FIR against a political leader over molestation and she has also been heard by the state women’s commission.
