You never know the true value of a moment until it becomes a memory. Subodh Bhave and Mukta Barve had an arranged marriage. They have been married for 12 years. They have two lovely daughters Nitya and Nysha. Mukta feels that she and Subodh has nothing to share in life and they dont care for each other any more. They applied for mutual divorce as they don’t have a single reason to stay together.
But life has another plan. Their 10 year old daughter Nitya is diagnosed with cancer. Subodh and Mukta starts to rediscover themselves.
